Trip Policies

• Checks should be made out to AAHGS, Inc.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Late payment may incur additional fees
• All cancellations must be put in writing to AAHGS, Inc. P.O. Box 36586, Greensboro, NC 27416
• $50 per person processing fee for any cancellations
• Refunds:
  – 70 or more days prior to departure – no charges
  – 30 to 69 days prior to departure – $100 per person
  – 15 to 29 days prior to departure – 50% of total price will be refunded
  – less than 15 days prior to departure – no refund
  – If a trip is cancelled, all monies will be refunded
• If a trip is cancelled, all monies will be refunded
• A $35 service charge will be imposed for all returned checks
